At Drummond Aussies, we are passionate about raising exceptional Australian Shepherds with outstanding health, temperament, and pedigree. Our dogs are part of our family, and each puppy is nurtured in a loving home environment to ensure they grow into well-socialized, confident companions. Our commitment to quality and care is reflected in every pup we place. Each puppy comes with a full veterinary health check, up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and a clean bill of health. Our puppies are started on high-quality nutrition and early potty training to give them the best start possible.

    Our puppies are black tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
