The good: Cristy was very nice, professional and responsive. She was on time and very knowledgeable and has answered every question I have had when we met and since then. I send her a message via gooddog app and she responds right away. My puppy has been perfect. She was definitely loved and taken care of. Koko was clean, smelled good and didn’t have fleas or any other kind of issues. The Bad: There was a $200 fee from “gooddog” app that has nothing to do with Cristy. My puppy will not be registered which I wasn’t aware of. It was in the ad but I guess it didn’t register with me. But I’m not breeding her, so papers don’t matter. Per the contract with Gooddog, you must take your puppy to the vet within 72 hours of getting your puppy or the health guarantee is null and void. Not on Cristy Make sure to read the contract from Gooddog!

We found our beautiful, lovable, healthy, sweet, playful pups at Doxie Tracks Ranch, and we couldn’t be more happy! Cristy at Doxie Tracks Ranch was responsive, friendly, informative and professional. She provided us with updates and photos of the puppies while we waited. Pick up was convenient and we we received a full health and vaccination record as well as lots of informational material and two crates (we got two sisters!). Highly recommend!
