I'm Emily R., the breeder behind EB's Cajun Lil' Doxies located in Gray, LA. We are a small, in-home breeding program. We love & cherish all of our dogs and puppies who are raised and live inside our home. We are proud to say that they are part of our family here at EB’s Lil Cajun Doxies. Our first priority is providing best care possible. All of our moms & dads have had health & color tests completed, appropriate vet care, and lots of attention & love! Our second priority is to provide families with healthy, affectionate, and confident puppies to love, with a positive experience! We make sure our pups are ready to leap into your heart.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    After adding our second dachshund to the family, I realized that I really love the breed! I started researching. I became very interested the genetics and breeding this breed that I just adore. I found an amazing mentor in the process. She has taught and helped me so much! I couldn’t be doing this without her!
  • What makes your program special?

    We are dedicated to always providing a positive experience for not just you, but our puppies as well. We always remain committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming puppies. We do our very best to make our puppies and their families are comfortable & thriving. We strive on building trust with are puppy buyers. We are ever so excited to see how far our breeding program will go.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include longhaired and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, black and tan, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Emily

Emily has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $950 - $2,550 final payment, before taxes & fees.
