I'm Sherri E., the breeder behind Eddy’s Mini Doxies located in Sahuarita, AZ. We found we really love the size, personalities, intelligence and health of Miniature Dacshunds. We raise pups in our home in a loving space. We expose them to other animals and people so they are well adjusted. Various noises are also introduced so they are exposed environments with noise.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Past breeder experiences were very fulfilling for us. We fell in love with dachshunds so with our past experiences and now with more time to spend with our dogs and puppies it made us passionate in this endeavor. Loving these little creatures and wanting to provide families with happy healthy pets is really important.

  • What makes your program special?

    Hands on loving care and ensuring as best we are able to breed healthy, happy and good natured pets. Dogs that are held and cared for (in addition to ensuring they are clear of genetic defects) makes for better pets with better dispositions.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Sherri

Sherri has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,100 - $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes shot records, pedigree, health history folder. You will also be provided your puppy’s pedigree. The CKC form if you are choosing the breeding permission the higher price includes the registration permission to breed form. All of our puppy deposits are the same price and the deposit holds your puppy until the pickup date or full payment is received.”

Contract & health guarantee

Sherri may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
