We're breeding to get coat and color variety, encouraging their natural curiosity, and helping them build confidence. We give lots of care and love, now and forever.   • Why did you start breeding?

    After 3 girls we wanted to get a boy as our fourth, to see there are gender differences in their personalities. Our original 3 had crossed the Rainbow Bridge, so shortly before picking up the boy from the breeder we decided to purchase a girl too, eager to raise 2 at the same time to help their socialization. As they grew and we saw their attachment to each other, we decided to breed them.

  • What makes your program special?

    We monitor the physical and mental needs of our parents and puppies closely, ensuring they are showing healthy behaviors. Our goal is to help our babies transition to their new home with the dachshund courage and spunk that makes this breed special. We hope that they become a beloved member of your family for many years to come and welcome you into our extended family.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include longhaired and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, chocolate, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Sonya

Sonya has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price

Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and between $1,400 - $2,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes CKC registration application, first round of shots and dewormer, and socialization. Additional fees may be charged for breeding rights. Final price will vary based on sex of the puppy and coat color and type.”

Contract & health guarantee

Sonya may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
