Meet the breeder

I'm Melissa P., the breeder behind El'Cienna Poms located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We just adore Pomeranians and can't wait to share our love for them with you! We are passionate breeders and are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding practices. We do all that we can to make sure our pups get the best care and go to the best homes!

Q. & A. with Melissa

  • Why did you start breeding?

Since I was a young girl I was always drawn to pomeranians. I was intrigued by their witty personality and prissy prance of confidence. They are such intelligent little balls of fur. I decided to start my breeding program to share with others what I see and love in the breed.
  • What makes your program special?

My program is unique because I have done alot of research getting the lines I want in my dogs pedigree. I have import lines out of Taiwan and Russia. I also have very well known show lines in my pedigrees. The day my babies start walking we start working on potty training sounds in the house noise recognition. Being comfortable with other dogs, cats, children in the home.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blue, white, chocolate, red sable, orange sable, chocolate merle, blue merle, and blue and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
