Q. & A. with Ramon
Why did you start breeding?
I have a friend who has been a breeder for almost 25 years. She gave me the opportunity to learn, strive for excellence and be the best at what I do. I fell in love with the Aussies years ago. I did my research and purchased my first pup. She grew to be my partner and was at my side as I worked daily. She looked forward to hitting the road everyday. This was the start of my passion. What makes your program special?
Having land to raise my dogs on has been a gift. To watch them run, play and enjoy their best life is worth all the hard work. They deserve nothing but the best. What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs. What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, black tri, red tri, red merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

We recently purchased a puppy from Ramon at Elegant Aussie, and our experience was excellent. Ramon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident bringing our puppy home. The puppies were very friendly, well-socialized, and clearly raised with care. You can tell they are loved and handled often. We highly recommend Ramon to anyone looking for a well-bred and well-adjusted Aussie! Thank you Ramon for our new edition to our family.

+5We just love our little Coco (Junie). She is just the best pup and she’s learning so quickly, no whining even the first night we brought her home. Working with Ramon was very pleasant and easy to work with. He always got back to me when I requested a video or call to see my pup. I flew into the Sacramento airport to pick her up and the pick up went super smooth, Ramon was right there when I arrived. He went over the basic information and off I went with my sweet little girl.

Ramon was very friendly and nice to work with. He reached out to make arrangements to FaceTime with the puppy, responded timely to questions. You can tell he really cares about the puppies be healthy. He sent us home with everything we would need for a 3 hour trip home, which was very thoughtful. Thank you again for letting us have such a sweet little girl. We are going to enjoy her so much.
