I'm Heather F., the breeder behind Elite Parson Russells located in Phelan, CA. Parson Russell Terrier Victorville, CA. Parents are on site. Offering this lovely, top-quality tri-color, smooth coat, long-legged Parson Terrier puppy. Father is a Show Champion Breed! Mom is Champion-sired as well, with a pedigree. Puppies should make lovely, healthy additions to any family. Our puppies are raised with love on our small Southern California horse farm and are well socialized around our young children and a variety of different types of animals. Our puppies go home with one set of puppy shots, dewormed, tails properly docked to show/breed standards. With puppy vaccination record /starter packet. Mom has paperwork for pedigree, Dad is Embark tested, and parents are champions.

My journey into dog breeding began with a deep love and respect for dogs and a desire to share the joy they bring with others. I started by raising and caring for family pets, learning first-hand the importance of health, temperament, and responsible care. Parent health testing

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
