About Apollo
Height: 20" Available at Stud to approved Bitches. Bitches that are naturally Bob-tailed (naturally born with a short tail) will NOT be approved for Apollo, as he himself is naturally bob-tailed. Oh Apollo... This handsome dude is the first male Brittany I've had since Troubadour, and I see so much of his great great uncle in him (Tipsy's grandmother was Troubadour's mother). Apollo is out of my third litter, but first litter in my second generation, and is my third home bred Grand Champion, even before the age of 2. Son of Kintla and Hobey, Apollo took after Hobey a lot in structure, and kept much of his mother's desire to please, responsiveness, and snuggly behaviors. Not so much a dog that HAS to be under your skin, he loves to snuggle up at night. Apollo was born a show dog. I wasn't planning to keep a male, but because Hobey was a male I wanted to breed to for so long, I kept an open mind, knowing I would be co owning the pick female with a friend in Colorado, but saying IF a male was born that made me and just about everyone else that saw the pups go "Dang", than that male would stay, despite having three (at the time) intact females in the house (Crate and rotate folks, crate and rotate). And so, because fate likes to play those games sometimes, Apollo was born. He is a natural bob tailed (no tail) Brittany, who's tail is 100% natural, with a little splotch of color on the right side of his face, much like his Grandfather, Rye (Kintla's sire), who had that same spot on the left side). I'm super excited to see what the future holds for this special boy, but for now I'll just keep looking at Kintla, then looking at Apollo, and asking her "Where did this monster of a dog come from?", because he is so much bigger than his mother. We're also working with a field trainer to start getting him into the field, starting with a Junior Hunter, but hopefully move into Senior, and possibly Master later on. Apollo is also a Juniors dog for my friends daughter, the same JR who co own's Spunky. He is a Multiple NOHS Group placing dog, who finished 2021 as the #16 NOHS Brittany in the country with minimal showing, and also as his first REAL year out in the ring, having earned 3 singles in 2020 at 6 months old and taking 2nd place at the ABC National Specialty 6-9 month dog puppy sweepstakes.

About Spunky
Height: 18 3/4" Spunky is out of my first litter, and went on to be my first Bred By Champion, and first home bred Grand Champion. She is a very active girl, who loves to move. Despite that though she will settle in the house, even on the long, bitterly cold nights that occur here in Montana during the Winter. Besides birds, Spunky's favorite thing is FastCAT. With her top speed being 28 MPH, she was nicknamed the Amazing Screaming Brittany, as that's all she'll do from the time she see's the lure (even if it's on the outside of the fence), until she's chased it. She's a loveable girl who, like all my other dogs, loves to snuggle, and like her mother, Tipsy, she will snuggle even if you yourself do not want to snuggle. She is very much a "must become one with the human" dog that would crawl up one's skin if she could. She loves to sleep under the blankets, which, depending on the time of year can be a blessing or a curse. During the winter, it's a blessing, because my feet will never freeze. During the summer however... that's another story. She loves kids, and is even a Juniors dog for a friends daughter, but due to her wavy coat that likes to have a mind of it's own, she's usually just a backup dog, especially since it feels like every time we enter her in Juniors she comes into season.

About Kintla
Height: 18" Kintla is Tipsy's youngest daugther, and very much like her. She's a little snuggle bug who's favorite sleeping spot is right up against my head. One of her favorite things to do is go out and run in the woods during hikes, and she loved Agility when we were training for it when she was younger. She's a soft dog that aims to please, very responsive to commands, and is one of the few dogs I can trust off lead when there aren't birds involved (the other dog being Tipsy). Very handler oriented. Kintla is almost to her Bronze Level Grand Champion through the AKC, has multiple NOHS group placements, and loves to be out in the show ring. Her biggest downfall is her size. While being in standard, she is still smaller than most of the Britts we compete against, including her own mother and son. Standing just barely at 18" and 30 pounds, we call her our little pocket rocket. Sound, efficient mover, just like Tipsy, she is very much a compact dog, must like the standard states a Brittany should be.

About Tipsy
Height: 19 1/2" Tipsy came to me from June Cuthbertson (Southpaw Kennels) in Michigan back in 2015. June was my first Brittany's breeder (Troubadour), and when I was offered this girl to begin my program with, it was daunting, but the journey was worth it. Tipsy is an absolute sweetheart who loves nothing more (besides birds, of course. Birds and food... You know, top priorities of a Brittany), especially in her older age, to lay in bed and just snooze the day away, or snuggle, whether you want to snuggle or not. But, even at 11 that doesn't mean she's not up for an adventure. This old girl still hunted full days with the younger dogs last September, and didn't back down from a Porcupine that her Grandson (Apollo) pointed out in the sage brush. Yes, we were still pulling quills out weeks later, but Tipsy being Tipsy, she just laid there and let us take them out without fight or fuss. As a matter of fact, and I'm not kidding when I say this, she fell asleep during the process... She's an AKC Silver Grand Champion, who has placed in NOHS groups multiple times, won one Reserve Best Owner Handled in Show, and has received one Reserve Best Veteran in Show, and will likely be shown in Veterans again this Spring/Summer (2022), as well as hunt this fall, which she will do as long as she is physically capable, and wants to.
