I'm Leslyn B., the breeder behind Ella's Designer Yorkies located in Sachse, TX. Welcome to Ella’s Designer Yorkies. We’re a mother & daughter team that loves Yorkies so much, we decided to turn our passion for breeding into a (very) small, part-time business. We’re located in Sachse, TX which is just 10 miles northeast of Dallas. We are a small home business; we just have one female who is our family pet, and her babies are adored, pampered, and well socialized until they’re ready for their new family.

Why did you start breeding?
I got my third Yorkie, Chi Chi, in February 2020. Ella and I decided to start our breeding program with Chi Chi and we've got beautiful pups as a result. I have a fabulous mentor, Janice Tavorn, who owns Pierre, our stud, and she convinced me to start breeding after we bred Chi Chi and Pierre. We love it and hope to make a small business together and share the joy of Yorkies.What makes your program special?
What sets us apart from professional breeders is that we just have one female. We only have one litter at a time that we concentrate on. Professional breeders typically have several dogs and several litters going on at the same time. We believe we offer the advantage of more individual attention and care to our small litters, that larger breeders can’t provide.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate and tan and blue and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Leslyn has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $3,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Included in our pricing is our one-year health guarantee. Our puppies also come with a great "going home" package and they have their tails docked and have their first vaccinations. Price includes a $250 deposit. Prices are based on gender, color, coat or pattern, and registration. This nonrefundable deposit is considered a holding fee to ensure your position on our waitlist and/or for holding the puppy of your choice. The deposit is applied to the cost of the puppy.”

About Chi Chi
Chi Chi is our one and only breeding female. She's super energetic and playful, yet loving and affectionate. She follows us everywhere we go. She's very smart and obedient and she knows how to get her way. She's a perfect mother and she and Mozart have the cutest, healthiest puppies every time.

About Mozart
Mozart is our one and only breeding male. He is our family pet and he and Chi Chi have full run of the household. He's our handsome traditional AKC registered yorkie, black and tan with a beautiful white chest and beard. He was born 12.22.21 and he weighs 4 lbs. He's a sweetheart and very adventurous. He's playful, smart and obedient. We're lucky to have our little man!

DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
