I'm lauren e., the breeder behind Ellis Shih Tzus located in Whitsett, NC. We do our best to breed with total care by primarily focusing on raising healthy, affectionate, and loyal companions. As a result of our efforts, we’re positive our puppies will become perfect family members and add just as much joy to your life as they have ours!

Why did you start breeding?
My aunt played a big part in helping to raise me, as I was growing up she bred AKC labs, sending multiple puppies to Hearing and Service dogs of Minnesota. As I got older I enjoyed the smaller breeds better and fell in love with the personality of the shih tzu.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver, blue, gold, blue and white, gold and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from lauren
lauren has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,100 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price is based on colorings, male and female. All puppies go home up to date on shots, vet checked, dewormed, with a small puppy bag, and with a health guarantee. Deposits are non-refundable unless there is a health issue or other issue on our end with the puppy.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
