Q. & A. with Emily
Why did you start breeding?
My mom breed toy poodles when I was a child. My son's first girlfriend gave him an AKC pup as a birthday gift. I only said yes to the pup because never in my wildest dreams did I think her mom was giving a registered dog away as a gift to him. lol We had her for a year, then I thought she needed a friend. I wanted another girl but the local breeder only had a boy left. The rest is history.
What makes your program special?
We do early stimulation with them from day one. When a pup goes to their furever home, they will be well adjusted to people, animals and everyday noises. Well loved and spoiled. They are raised underfoot and in my home. At this time, I have three past pups that are trained service dogs. One alerts her owner to the onset of her seizures. The dogs are always welcomed back for any reason.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, gray (blue) and cream, chocolate and cream, and black and cream. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Big adventure yesterday—the pups had their very first run around the living room! 🐾 They were full of curiosity, exploring all the new textures and smells. Maya jumped right in to play, and Nellie was thrilled to have some new buddies in her space. Nothing but wagging tails and happy chaos! 😂❤️

The babies are 25 days old and on the move! Tomorrow they get their very first taste of mush. 🍼🐾 I even caught our little pie girl trying out her bark on video—though you’ll mostly hear mama Taffy fussing in the background because I dared to hold one of her precious babies, lol. 💕
