I'm Ann W., the breeder behind Empire Royalty and Majestic Dane located in Riverside, CA. I breed for a cause; all my profits goes to people with disabilities, especially children in my home country - the Philippines. I also help in Project Backpack, a yearly project of my bible group in giving school supplies to children living in very poor rural areas in my home country.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have been involved with breeding animals since I was young because I grew up in a family who are animal lovers. However, I only started to breed for other people last 2015, when what started out as a planned pet pregnancy for family only, turned into a fulfilling and life-changing enterprise. ​

  • What makes your program special?

    What makes it special is the fact that I breed for a cause. All profits goes to people or children with disabilities in my home country and annual projects the gives school supplies to children living in rural areas in different provinces also in my home country.

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Ann

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Our puppy prices depends on the type of registration, breed and pedigree. I do ask for $500 non refundable deposit. Everything will be in the contract /agreement. The non refundable deposit being asked to reserved a puppy will be deducted to the puppy's asking price. Deposit can also be transferred to next or future litter.”

Ann may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    First of all I want give Ms Ann Weber of Empire Royalty and Majestic Dane the praise she deserves. She made to experience so easy and well informed from day one. She sent all the information about how to proceed with the adoption it was great. She allowed me to visit her puppies without having to place a deposit first, which is the only person that I talked with that allowed this. She informed me how I would have to wear a protective clothing to handle the puppies. After arriving she had the friendliness manner. After I decided to adopt one by the time I got home I let her know I wanted another puppy. She explained that I would have to wait until they were 12 weeks old before they could go home with me because she want to ensure that had 3 set of shots and kennel trained. During the wait time she sent me videos weekly showing how they were doing. By far Ms Ann is the best breeder and person I have dealt with in a long time. Ms Ann it was a pleasure to meet you and find my new girls. May God bless you always.

    First of all, Ann welcomed my family in with open arms and has updated us daily with important videos and footnotes since our business began. Her dogs are kept immaculate and she cares about all of them as if they will stay in her family no matter what. I can’t begin to even explain how much in contact she has remained throughout this process. I have never bought a puppy and never knew any breeders personally.
