I'm Brenda A., the breeder behind Empire's Dachshunds located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We treat our dogs and puppies like family. Why did you start breeding?
I started showing and breeding Dogs in 1989, also working in the animal field for many years. I have the knowledge to make a difference in improving the breed focusing on temperament and conformation as well as healthy, happy pets.
What makes your program special?
The BEST INTEREST of my dogs ALWAYS come FIRST. I am always available to answer questions, concerns and training to my pet families. I offer references to any potential buyer, will Video chat when asked. I do not rehome my retired dogs they remain here until the end of their time. All my puppies are UTD on shots, dewormed and have a veterinarian health check before going home.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have smooth coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, red, fawn (isabella) and tan, chocolate and cream, black and tan, and chocolate and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $350 non-refundable deposit and between $1,650 - $2,150 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes Veterinarian Health Guarantee, First set of vaccines, deworming, AKC registration papers and puppy socialization. Puppy pack includes: toys, blanket and other misc. items. All puppies require a holding deposit.”

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
