🐾💕 Three and a Half Weeks Already! 💕🐾 How is it possible that these sweet little babies are already three and a half weeks old? It feels like just yesterday we were welcoming them into the world, and now they’re becoming curious, playful little puppies with personalities that make us smile every single day. The whelping box is no longer just a place for sleeping. It’s now filled with tiny wobbly adventures, playful growls, puppy kisses, and the cutest little tails wagging with excitement. Their confidence grows a little more each day as they discover the world around them—and each other. Our three girls and two boys are thriving. Their beautiful tri, red, and brindle coats are becoming more defined, and it’s amazing to watch each puppy develop into their own unique little character. Some are bold explorers, while others are content to snuggle up close before venturing off on their next tiny adventure. Waffles continues to be an incredible mom. She patiently teaches, cleans, and loves her babies while slowly encouraging them to become a little more independent. Watching that bond between a mother and her puppies is something we’ll never take for granted. These little ones are also beginning to enjoy more interaction with our family. Every gentle cuddle, every loving touch, and every new experience helps build the foundation for the confident, affectionate companions they’ll become. Raising puppies isn’t just about caring for them—it’s about intentionally preparing them for a lifetime of love with their future families. Each day brings us one step closer to the bittersweet moment when they’ll begin leaving for their forever homes. While our hearts always struggle with saying goodbye, there is so much joy in knowing they’ll be cherished by families who have been eagerly waiting for them. Miss Betty went home with her family!! These are one of the sweetest and hardest days as a breeder. ❤️ Watching one of our precious puppies leave for their forever home is always emotional. 🐾 Six Weeks Old 🐾 Six weeks. It hardly seems possible that these precious little corgi puppies are already six weeks old. The days have been long, filled with puppy messes, endless play sessions, and countless cuddles—but somehow the weeks have flown by faster than we ever imagined. These babies have grown so much since the day they were born. Gone are the tiny newborns who spent their days sleeping in a puppy pile. In their place are confident, playful, curious little puppies who greet us every morning with wagging tails, excited barks, and bright eyes ready to take on the world. This week has brought so many exciting changes. Their personalities are shining brighter than ever. Each puppy has become their own little character. Some are fearless adventurers, always leading the way and investigating everything they can reach. Others are gentle souls who would rather climb into a lap for snuggles and kisses. And then there are the comedians—the puppies who seem determined to make everyone laugh with their silly antics and playful attitudes. One of the greatest joys of raising puppies is watching them discover life. Every toy is exciting. Every sound is worth investigating. Every new experience becomes an opportunity to learn and grow. Seeing their confidence build week after week reminds us why we put so much time, energy, and love into raising them. As breeders, these weeks are bittersweet. We spend countless hours caring for these little ones, helping shape them into happy, healthy, well-socialized companions. We celebrate every milestone, every ounce gained, every new skill learned. While she is encouraging more independence now, she still keeps a watchful eye on her babies.
