Meet the breeder

I'm Amanda B., the breeder behind Epic Quest Standard Poodles located in Petersburg, VA. Our dogs are fully tested for genetic diseases, and have their hearts, hips and eyes tested. Our puppies have their tails docked to a show length, but dewclaws are left intact. We show in both conformation and in some performance. All of our puppies are raised with Puppy Culture, ESI & ENS.

Q. & A. with Amanda

  • Why did you start breeding?

I regularly participate in conformation shows and started breeding to start my own program. It is an honor to represent this breed and create opportunities for others to experience the same joy that I've found in raising these wonderful dogs.
  • What makes your program special?

I do not breed my dogs unless they are fully healthy and genetically tested with CHIC #s. I am dedicated to always having responsible policies when it comes to breeding, socializing, and training my pups. I pride myself on helping all of my clients find the right fit for their needs and lifestyle. I love what I do and truly want the very best for my puppies and their forever families.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, blue, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
