We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! These dogs have proven to be wonderful companions in our lives. Our puppies include black, liver, brindle and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Price

Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Vet check, 2 sets of shots, puppy record n vet record, puppy package, contract. If puppy is not ready yet to leave mom I do ask a $100 non refundable deposit to hold your puppy as well as a puppy contract.”

Mocha is a female Shih Tzu. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Eunice decided to make her part of their program. Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
