Euphoria Tibetan Terriers

Rene S.

Breeder of Tibetan Terriers

Meet the breeder

I'm Rene S., the breeder behind Euphoria Tibetan Terriers located in Quakertown, PA. We are caring, responsible breeders that provide quality Tibetans with a focus on health, structure, and temperament. Our dogs and puppies are our family, and we hand raise each of our pups to ensure a reliable temperament and cherished companionship. We love our dogs and what we do.

Q. & A. with Rene

  • Why did you start breeding?

I grew up with pet dogs and was lucky to marry into a family that both shows and breeds. It was an aspect of dog ownership I’d never had the joy to experience before. Being part of the process from the show ring to the whelping box was so rewarding. Having several mentors gave me a strong foundation to start my own path and develop my own breeding program. Breeding dogs, like most things, is a learning experience, and it's one I've enjoyed.
  • What makes your program special?

All our dogs live in our home, with most coming to bed with us at night. Tibetans have a need to be with their people. We whelp and raise puppies in our kitchen, surrounded by everyday household life. Time is taken to litter train, crate train, and start them on their house-training. They play with the adults as well as our big dog, helping to teach manners. Families are always welcome to visit.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
