I'm Alyssa W., the breeder behind Far Far Away Dachshunds located in Okeechobee, FL. My goal as a breeder is to produce healthy and structurally correct puppies in a variety of colors. My dogs and puppies are raised in my home. They are exposed to other animals and many noises before going home.

I got regular updates on Echo in the form of photos. I found that to be wonderful because it made me feel like I was getting to be part of her first weeks of life. Upon meeting with Alyssa I found her to be super knowledgeable, not just about this breed, but other breeds as well. After speaking with her at length during pick up, I walked away having learned something beyond my 33 years of experience with dogs, and 12 years experience with Dachshunds. I know that should something happen to me (and my parents are unable to care of Echo) she will have a forever home with Alyssa. This being my first time working with a breeder, I could not ask for a better experience. And should I decide to get another dachshund, I will be coming back to Far Far Away Dachshunds.
