I'm Crystal E., the breeder behind Far West Aussies located in Heber Springs, AR. We provide top-quality AKC and ASDR Australian Shepherds. We commit ourselves towards preparing each one of our puppies to thrive in their new homes, and we enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their beloved companions with confidence!

Why did you start breeding?
We got our first Aussie Tok a few years ago & absolutely fell in love with the breed. Their intelligence is unmatched & their loyalty is astounding. Aussies make wonderful companions!
What makes your program special?
We personally deliver our Aussies via flight nanny or ground transportation. We keep in communication with our owners & love to get updates! Our Aussies are extensively socialized with children and adults as well as, dogs, cats & chickens. Our Aussies have gone on to be herding dogs, companions of runners, hikers, kayakers, emotional support dogs, service dogs, school therapy dogs & family pets.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Australian Shepherd puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, red merle, red, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Crystal

Crystal has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $200 - $600 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"ASDR or AKC registration (depends on litter), tail docked/dew claws removed, vaccinations, deworming, parents are health tested and have clear panels, vet health check, and a health guarantee. A non refundable deposit of $400 is due to reserve your puppy and will be applied to the purchase price."

Contract & health guarantee

Crystal may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Crystal offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Crystal directly.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
