Meet the breeder
I'm TomPaula M., the breeder behind Farm Animal Mommy Shih tzu's Michalek Dog Breeder located in Missouri. We are AKC inspected and meet all requirements. Puppies are all socialized before going to new homes and have the proper vaccines and wormer done. Every puppy has been microchiped and I include a "To Do" list after receiving you new baby.
Q. & A. with TomPaula
Why did you start breeding?
We got my first Shih tzu because my husband developed an allergy to dogs. We noticed he didn't have any symptoms when we were around a family members dog... it was a shih tzu! Hypoallergenic!!! I wanted my children to experience of raising puppies...What makes your program special?
We work with our veterinarian on a vaccine and medication schedule for all litters and adult dogs. Any umbilical hernias will be automatically fix by the seller.. nose snares are also taken care of... most puppues go to their new homes at 8 weeks... Seller will hold back any puppy that needs more time to grow. Buyers are updated constantly...What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate, tricolor, lilac, liver, liver and white, black gold and white, brindle and white, black and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

+4What a wonderful experience, dealing with Paula.! From selecting our puppy, who we call Daisy, to watching her grow, we received numerous videos, showing her in action. As a breeder of dogs for most of my life I respect Paula and her organization. First class! Top-notch! Would recommend her to anyone who asks without question.

+5Highly recommend Paula. She is the sweetest person, cares about her puppies, communicates, and answers any questions you may have — about anything to do with her puppies from pick up to the food their eating. I appreciate Paula so very much. We got a girl, green collar from Jilly’s litter. Not only is she cute, she already knows her name and knows what sit sit means. She’s spunky and sassy and makes sure she has something to say when you talk to her, she grumbles, huffs and puffs, and she looks at you a certain way when she’s questioning why your doing something. We named her Remy. She has been the perfect for our family and couldn’t be more happier than we are right now. This process was easy, the waiting to get your puppy to get of age to bring home was the hard part. Thanks Paula!!!!

What a wonderful experience from our first contact to when we picked up our baby girl. “Paula was awesome sending us videos and pictures from 3 days old. We are so in love with our Lil Shih Tzu “Dolli Doodle”. She defiantly is a doll.

We couldn't be happier with our puppy ❣️ Paula was great to work with and was happy to send us pictures of our baby until she was ready for us to pick her up. These puppies are very well loved before you ever take them home!! Our puppy slept through the night the second night. You can tell they have been held and snuggled and kissed 🥰

+4Paula is extremely responsive, kind and great at what she does. You can tell she really cares about her pups. She kept me informed and updated with pictures while I waited, shared a ton of info with me about how to prepare, and met me halfway on pickup day. My puppy is very cute, came completely pad trained, and is adjusting very well. We are obsessed with him. I'm very grateful for you, Paula! Thank you for my new little bestie!
