I'm Elizabeth H., the breeder behind Farmhouse Dachshunds located in Sheridan, AR. Farmhouse Dachshunds is a small in home breeding program since 2021. I am a stay at home Doxie mom. I give our dogs love and attention around the clock, as well as our puppies. Here at Farmhouse Dachshunds, we do not kennel our dogs or leave them outside for long periods of time. Our dogs are fed a High quality food and are given natural treats.
At Farmhouse Dachshunds, we care so much about each one and pride ourselves in producing quality pups with great conformation and temperaments.
All of our puppies are bred, raised, and loved indoors to produce happy, healthy pets for those seeking the best family companion! Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!
All of our puppies come with a vet visit and health check, appropriate vaccines, appropriate deworming, a health guarantee, a puppy diaper bag with lots of goodies and lots of love!
We can help deliver your puppy by car up to 6 hours away with additional fee, both ways, Some of our farther away customers fly into the Little Rock airport, I deliver the puppy to you downstairs in front of Starbucks, and you can fly back out.
Or, if you prefer I can arrange delivery for you
Typically for $600-700. This includes the cost of the flight, the pet fee, which varies from airline to airline and a $200 nanny fee. I can have the puppy flown with a flight nanny to your nearest major airport. This is in cabin with the nanny, I hand the puppy over to them in Little Rock and they hand the puppy over directly to you. Never leaving the puppy for the entire time. This is a booked seat, not standby.
Of course you can always come pick up your puppy at Farmhouse Dachshunds.

Elizabeth was awesome to work with. After reaching out to her I felt confident immediately I was dealing with a qualified and conscientious breeder. Her puppies were reasonably priced and of superior quality both in appearance and temperament. Elizabeth raises her puppies lovingly in her home keeping them close by her side.
I live far from “Farmhouse Dachshunds” but Elizabeth helped me arrange the ground transport I needed in order to adopt one of her fur babies. The woman she suggested, Sherry amazingly drove my pup 1300+ miles over 2 days keeping me updated( and Elizabeth who was just as invested for her puppy’s well being) with videos and detailed texts along the way. This was so fun and reassuring. Benji has arrived and I couldn’t be more pleased with him…just perfection. The most beautiful calm and loving mini longhaired dachshund ever. Thank you so much Elizabeth and Sherry for your unprecedented skills and service.

We were looking for my daughters dream dog for Christmas and found her at Farmhouse Dachshunds. Elizabeth was amazing! She responded quickly, kept in touch with pics until we got there to pick up that precious little blonde puppy. She had a great goody bag for us along with vet records. It was very clear throughout the process that she truly cares about the pups and the parents as well. We were so in love with that little blonde puppy that we ended up getting her brother too. One for each daughter. We love Prince and Lemon so much. They bring so much joy to our family. We still keep in touch with Elizabeth to this day. Her new puppies are so adorable. If you’re looking for a beautiful, healthy fur baby to add to your family, you should definitely consider one of Elizabeth’s puppies. You won’t go wrong. Ours are perfect!
