I'm Sylwia J., the breeder behind Fasstari Border Collies located in Anderson, IN. Kennel FASSTARI was officially founded in 2013 under the Polish Kennel Club (member of FCI - Federation Cynologique International). In 2020 we moved our kennels to the United States of America and we became members of the American Kennel Club (AKC) and Border Collie Society of America (BCSA).

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I started showing my dogs across Europe and they started winning. I thought if the judges see that they are correct with the standard and have great value from the breed it might be good to start breeding.
  • What makes your program special?

    Our program is special because we do everything with love. We do everything to keep our breeding program at a high level. We all the time to improve our qualifications!
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes $500 deposit, vaccination and deworming according to age, AKC registration, microchip, 5-generation pedigree, parents pedigree, parents conformations and sport titles, parents health tests. All puppies are the same price regardless of color, size, pet or show home. Includes registration and microchip.”

Sylwia may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Trapped Neutrophil Syndrome, Cohen Syndrome (TNS), Sensory Neuropathy, Border Collie Type (SN), Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis 1 (NCL1), Dachshund Type, Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
