I'm Skye P., the breeder behind Firm Foundation Cockapoos located in West Valley City, UT. Our dogs are bred to be companion dogs. I pride my program on giving each puppy the structure and foundational skills to transition into their forever home easily, and to maintain a stable, social, trainable temperament that suits family life and working life outside of the home!

Why did you start breeding?
As I mentored under fellow breeders I collected pieces and parts of their programs I felt met my standards and began to craft one of my own. There are so many pets that are bred carelessly which leads to poor health, and thus a family's heartbreak much too soon. My goal has always been pristine health, followed by stellar temperaments to allow each dog to spend a lifetime with their new family.What makes your program special?
While I may be new to Good Dog, I'm not new to breeding. I've done several mentorships with breeders who specialize in many different breeds across the board. I've chosen Cockapoos in part due to my own miraculous experiences with them. They are truly the perfect dog for someone who needs depth of emotion, compact size for travel, while still being large enough for hardy hikes and adventures.Where do your breeding dogs live?

About Deja Vu
Deja Vu is a very remarkable mama dog! She has a stellar temperament and extraordinary skills; as a task-trained service dog, she flawlessly navigates public spaces, almost unnoticed. Deja's sweet and tolerant nature extends to children, dogs, and even large animals such as horses, creating a harmonious and loving environment wherever she goes. Her perfect obedience, and unrivaled intelligence make her truly one of a kind. She effortlessly wears her vest and other working gear! Each of her puppies are expected to embrace sweaters, puppy clothes, and accessories with ease. Deja is the epitome of a devoted companion! She provides unwavering loyalty and affection to her human family, she is irreplaceable in our eyes. While Deja is a professional working dog, she still has some of our favorite quirky qualities. There is no limit to the variety of silly sounds she can make while dreaming. From grunts, snorts and whines, to running after squirrels in her sleep, she’s evidently a very imaginative pup. Not to mention her innate ability to differentiate her right paw from her left paw! Deja truly is a perfect pet, valuable companion, and best friend. If you’re looking for a human in a dog’s body (that’s to say; a dog with a huge personality and tons of devotion to their owner) then one of Deja’s puppies is sure to fit your every need.
