I'm Dustin P., the breeder behind Flatbroke Beagles located in Crawfordville, IN. All of our beagles live in our house and are part of our family. Puppies are handled and socialized from birth. We plan our breeding with health and temperament in mind knowing that not all of our puppies will see the show ring.

Why did you start breeding?
I have always wanted to breed and show dogs and finally got the opportunity to 14 years ago and have been doing it ever since.What makes your program special?
We have a small breeding program that focuses on health, temperament, and structure. Having a small program allows us to raise all our puppies in our home.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are 15-inch size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
