Meet the breeder

I'm Patricia R., the breeder behind Forever Greene Chinooks located in West Haven, VT. Having a very rare breed, every breeding is very important. We strive to produce the healthiest, happiest pups possible. I strive to make sure every owner has the ability to get the very best out of their puppy. The goal we set and which we believe is still the most important, is to produce healthy puppies that make a well-rounded character in an adult dog.

Q. & A. with Patricia

  • Why did you start breeding?

I bought my first purebred Chinook and it was only natural, loving this breed as I do, to try to help preserve it. It has been an absolute joy of a journey, and I am so happy to be able to share these wonderful dogs with other loving families and individuals.
  • What makes your program special?

The Chinook is a part of our family history. I strive to make every breeding one that our founders would be proud of. My pups are placed in fully vetted homes to be first and foremost wonderful family members. I try my best to find homes that are willing to keep a dog intact to produce at least one litter to help preserve our wonderful breed.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
