I'm Todd W., the breeder behind Fox & Elf Master Farm located in Philomath, OR. We are a father-daughter duo who bred our dog, Affie, to share her awesome genes! The experience of having puppies should be shared. We feel a sense of responsibility to prioritize the health of each of our puppies and to ensure they are loved and well cared for prior to joining their forever homes.
