I'm Ashley G., the breeder behind FoxieDoxies of New Mexico located in Deming, NM. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! The loyalty and loving disposition of this breed are simply the best! We put a great deal of effort into raising our litters to ensure our puppy families will have the best experience!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our family has been Dachshund people since as long as I can remember. I couldn't imagine not sharing this wonderful breed. Happy, healthy, pups and parents are our top priority! 575-373-5472

  • What makes your program special?

    We are a very proud saUSAge Farm here in southern New Mexico. All of our dogs have planned breeding's and are hand raised. Our goal is to raise healthy, well rounded pups, and to be an enjoyable experience for future puppy parents.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have smooth coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, red, black and cream, gray (blue) and cream, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Ashley

Ashley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Ashley partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Each puppy comes with AKC or CKC registration, puppy starter pack, health records, dewormings, 2 sets if not 3 of parvo/distemper vaccines, as well as a contract. All of our puppies require the same deposit price no matter coat color.”

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Ashley was very kind & patient to wait for me to arrive for pick up. I'm still learning what works for Paddy. He is a bundle of energy & tries to use me as a teething toy. He is slowly learning "no" & I offer chew toys. He is still so young, but he will learn. I'm still using puppy pads. I'd say he's doing fairly well, although accidents do happen. He had his 1st vet visit on Monday. Of course, all the staff fell in love with him. How could they not! He received his 2nd vaccination. He weighs 3.9 lbs!! The vet said I can add a 4th feeding since he's still so young. He goes after his food as if it's a race. Overall, I'm confident he's going to be a wonderful addition, once he starts getting his permanent teeth!

    Ashley was great! After we made our deposit she sent us weekly pupdates. We loved getting pictures of them and learning about what they had been up to. We got two siblings litter-mates and we couldn’t be more happy! The puppies are a dream come true for us. We highly recommend Ashley, she really cares about the wellbeing of the puppies, and the ease of buying through GoodDog was pleasant.
