I'm Francis H., the breeder behind Frandelhi's Collies located in Lansdowne, PA. I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Frandelhi's Collies loves our dogs as if they are actual family members. It is our utmost importance to find families that will love these little puppies just as much as we do. We breed for temperament.
