I'm Michelle H., the breeder behind Frenchie Authority located in Coeur D Alene, ID. We put a lot of care into socializing these pups so they can easily thrive in their new homes! We are dedicated to providing our buyers and our pups with a positive experience, which includes remaining committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I got into breeding after purchasing a Frenchie from a breeder that was unhealthy. After doing much research with my husband we decided to breed and do all the proper testing we could to breed out the bad. Of course all dogs can come with medical problems, I just know in my heart I’m doing my part to make these pups as healthy as I can while also focusing on temperament and structure.

  • What makes your program special?

    I believe my breeding program is special because they are raised with love. My family and close friends come to play with these dogs introducing new sights, sounds and smells so these little guys aren’t so afraid when they go to their forever homes.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, fawn, fawn and white, and brindle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Michelle

Michelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“These prices include first round of vaccinations, deworming, puppy socialization and lifelong support from me and my family❤️. We ask for a $500 deposit. If desired puppy wasn’t produced, the buyer has the option to add deposit to another litter or receive a full refund. If the buyer backs out after selected puppy is 4 wks old, the deposit will not be refunded. This is due to the fact that a lot of time and hard work goes into sending pics, making videos and giving pupdates. If the buyer backs out after 4 weeks, then time and hard work must increase along with money in order to find the right home for the puppy.”

Michelle may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Early Onset Progressive Retinal Atrophy (EOPRA), Chondrodystrophy and IVDD Risk (CDDY-IVDD), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Compliment 3 Deficiency (C3)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
