I'm Agata C., the breeder behind Frenchies Of Central Oregon located in Camp Sherman, OR. My dogs are health tested prior to breeding, as I’m trying to concentrate on producing healthy puppies with good confirmation. I love each and every one of them, and I strive to find the best families for them and make sure the new families have the knowledge needed to raise a Frenchie.
Q. & A. with Agata
Why did you start breeding?
I have worked with multiple breeders as a veterinary technician, assisting in c-sections, puppy exams, etc. I have learned a great deal from each and every one of them. I have planned to become a breeder for many years, however, I wanted to make sure I was ready financially and was able to spend a lot of time with my animals, prior to starting the breeding program.
What makes your program special?
All of my dogs are a huge part of our family. They all lounge around with us on the couch, go camping with us and even come to work with me, as I work in an animal hospital. All of my dogs are health tested prior to breeding, and I am able to answer many questions, and educate potential new puppy parents on the best ways to raise a healthy pup, due to my experience in the veterinary field.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
