Q. & A. with Lilia
Why did you start breeding?
I grew up helping my dad with his American Bulldogs and later in my teen years started breeding Livestock Guardian dogs for local farms and ranches. After being around family and friend's Border Collies throughout my entire life, I knew I would own a Border Collie one day. And long before I brought home my special girl, I knew they were my heart breed.
What makes your program special?
My program stays true to the border collie standard. Our dogs are bred to have strong working instinct and be all-round versatile companion and beloved family member. My goal is to produce healthy and solid temperament with a focus on conformation, athleticism, and intelligence.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Liberty is my first border collie and everything you want in the breed. She's got a phenomenal temperament with people, especially children. She's got lots of drive with a great off switch. She's biddable but can be pushy on stock. Liberty has competed in AKC - herding, obedience and has spent some time in the conformation ring. She has also competed in AHBA herding and ASCA herding and rally events. She has had multiple placements in herding, including High in Trial Geese and Reserve High in Trial Other Breed - multiple times. She's currently in training to start her agility career and has been excelling. She been my go-to do-it-all girl.
