Working with Ashley was a dream. This is my first review, but she deserves it for everything she did for me and my puppy, Bandit (formerly known as Figaro). Living in Alaska makes logistics difficult, but Ashley went above and beyond to help me secure a crate when timing was tight. She was so patient while I figured out airline tickets and truly made me feel like a priority. Since I landed at 6:00 AM and had to fly back at 10:30 AM the same day, she even got up in the early hours of the morning to meet me at the airport. I was blown away by the care packets she prepared. Not only did Bandit have everything he needed, but she thoughtfully made one for me too, filled with candy, aspirin, and wipes—all the things I didn't have time to grab myself. Ashley raises the sweetest, best-tempered puppies. Bandit has captivated my heart and has been a total ray of sunshine after losing my previous Pomeranian this year. Since landing, Bandit has been busy with long beach walks, hiking, and exploring. He even picks out his own bones and treats at Petco! He completely rules the house now, and we wouldn't have it any other way. If you are looking for a Pomeranian raised with genuine love, send Ashley a message. She replies within minutes and is always happy to show you her babies. She took the stress out of a whirlwind trip from Alaska to LA and back. I can't recommend her or her beautiful dogs enough! I had a great experience working with Ashley and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a Pomeranian. After spending quite a bit of time researching breeders, her profile stood out immediately—the quality of her dogs and the care she puts into her breeding program were clear from the start. Ashley was responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. Our puppy is wonderful—he’s incredibly intelligent, has a great temperament, and has already proven to be very trainable. You can tell he came from a thoughtful and well-managed breeding environment. If I could do one thing differently, I would have waited a bit longer before bringing him home to allow for more potty training progress. That said, this was more of a personal timing decision than anything related to Ashley, and we’re working through it just fine. I also appreciated how seamless communication and payment were through Good Dog, though I will note that their platform fees are quite high on top of the purchase price. Overall, I’m very happy I found Ashley and her pups. It’s clear she truly cares about her dogs and the families they go to.
