Meet the breeder

I'm Sharon L., the breeder behind Fuzzy Butt Corgis located in Fallon, NV. We raise our litters in our home to help set the foundation for happy and confident puppies to transition well into their furever homes. It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to make an impact on each individual puppy!

Q. & A. with Sharon

  • Why did you start breeding?

My daughter and I started Fuzzy Butt together to fulfill a lifelong dream of mine. When I met my first corgi it was love at first butt wiggle. We started with 2 females, 1 red and 1 tri-colored, each from a different breeder with very different genetics.
  • What makes your program special?

The puppies are a reflection of the one who bred them. We emphasize house-training from the beginning. We make it our mission to desensitize and socialize our puppies to as many things as we can think of. Water, blow dryers, vacuums, a variety of dogs of different sizes, cats, kids, strangers, horses, goats, rabbits, chickens, as well as a myriad of floor textures. Anything and everything!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Sharon was amazing at raising happy healthy and extremely well socialized puppies. Our Kate is smart, curious and just an overall sweetheart. She’s busy but so sweet and cuddly at the same time. Sharon was very communicative and helpful through the adoption process. She sent photos and a couple of videos for us to see our puppy before our pick up date. We truly appreciated all of her help during the process. Thank you Sharon for making our adoption of our sweet Kate so special. Susan and Bob
