I'm Gabriel B., the breeder behind Gabriel Ben-Yosef's Labs located in Norwell, MA. This page describes our Summer 2024 litter (all puppies have been sold, and the breeder kept one that he named Betsy). We are planning another litter for Summer 2026, and now is the time to reserve a new pup!
At NorwellLabs-dot-com, we proudly offer Labrador puppies from an exceptional AKC Champion Pedigree Bloodline complete with a free implanted PetLink.net microchip.
These puppies are the offspring of Endless Mt’s Sir Leonardo the Loyal “Leo” (AKC SS30032902), born on 9/30/21 and sired by GCH CH Moonlit’s Endless Mt Romeo from Pennsylvania at emlabradors-dot-com/meet-leo, and our dam Magnificent Lucille of Simon Hill Benyosef “Lucy” (AKC SS26900107), born on 6/4/21 in Massachusetts at NorwellLabs-dot-com. Lucy’s first litter in Summer 2024 originally included 8 puppies, and we plan another litter in the Summer 2026. We plan on using the same stud, Leo, for the second litter.
Both Leo and Lucy have passed health screenings with excellent or good results. Tests include OFA Final Hips and Elbows, Advanced Cardiac Evaluations, and CERF/CAER eye exams.
We entrusted Dr. Kathy Sneider, VMD, of Blue Ribbon Veterinary Service in Plymouth, MA, to handle Lucy’s prenatal care, ensuring she was well-prepared for motherhood. You can see her site at www-aquariuslabradors-dot-com.
These puppies come with AKC Limited Registration, meaning no breeding rights, but they make fantastic companions for families with children or for adults looking for a playful and intelligent pet. These Labs are social, active, and affectionate — the perfect dogs to have by your side.
Each puppy is vaccinated, dewormed, and comes with a free PetLink.net microchip. Instructions will be provided to transfer the microchip registration to your name.

Q. & A. with Gabriel
Why did you start breeding?
My devotion to raising healthy, happy dogs has always been a driving force in my life. My Labradors’ wonderful temperament and boundless energy inspired me to share those qualities with others. I prioritize her health and well-being, and when the time felt right, I made the decision to breed her responsibly. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m committed to finding the best homes for her puppies, ensuring they will be cherished and well cared for.
What makes your program special?
What sets my breeding program apart is its foundation in love, health, and attentive care. This isn’t a large-scale operation; instead, my focus is on ensuring that my Labrador and her puppies are nurtured in a happy, healthy environment. Each puppy is treated as a cherished member of the family, and I am committed to finding them homes where they will thrive just as much as they have here.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Parent health testing
Gabriel Ben-Yosef's Labs reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Labrador Retrievers.
Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
