What makes your program special?
We breed for health and temperament. Our collies do not live outside, they are part of our family.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable merle and white, sable merle, sable, blue merle and white, and black white and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Cricket and Colin love people. They have the best health scores possible being n on carriers for CEA, PRA, CN,DM, VWD, and are MDR1 normal/normal. They have a low DMS risk assessment of aabb. Colin has OFA good hip score and normal elbows, Cricket has OFA excellent hips and normal elbows. Puppies are raised in our home with lots of human interaction.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Dermatomyositis, PRA, Rod-Cone Dysplasia 2 (rcd2), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
