I'm Terezia G., the breeder behind Garrick’s Precious Pugs located in Liberty, SC. We work hard to breed exemplary dogs that are well taken care of from day one and are prepared to excel in loving and caring homes. We love our dogs and puppies, and we strive to place each pup in a home suited to their temperament and ability. Puppies are born in our home and raised in our living room. They are very well rounded by being around other people (including children), dogs (our pugs), noises (TV, vacuum, radio, etc). They are litter boxed trained when they go to their new homes.

Why did you start breeding?
I saw how much my pug could not just be a pet but a support animal. Pugs are good dogs to have for emotional support.What makes your program special?
Our adult pugs are genetic tested and loved on just like family. Our puppies are birth and raised in our home. We make sure they are around sound, people, and other dogs (pugs).What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PKD), Pug Type, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Pug Dog Encephalitis (PDE)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

We have two of her puppies, one from two years ago and our second a couple weeks ago. She is so responsive and easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable about the breed. We feel fortunate to have found her on Good Dog, and have had just an overall A+ experience! We made the 9 hr round trip visit twice to get our precious Lucy (fawn) and now Lola (black). Lucy is the absolute BEST dog, so smart and perfect in every way. Lola is growing into a beautiful special dog as well. We love our dogs and our entire experience with Garrick’s Precious Pugs!! “Frank, aka Frankie” is doing well. We got him certified and completely vaccinated. He’s still a little terror as we try to potty train him and prevent him from chewing up a storm but he’s progressing.
