I'm Kelly S., the breeder behind Ghost Eye Aussies located in Kenesaw, NE. We are breeders who do everything we can to better the breed and ensure our dogs and puppies are able to get the very most out of life. We breed ASCA generic tested standard Australian Shepherds. The goal we set and which I believe is still the most important, is to produce healthy puppies that make a well-rounded character in an adult dog.

Why did you start breeding?
It all began when I bought AKC Scottish terriers.What makes your program special?
My dogs are generic tested. Puppies are raised in our house, not out in a kennel. I choose my breeding parents closest to breed standard.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Hyperuricosuria (HUU), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC), Australian Shepherd Type, Intestinal Cobalamin Malabsorption (IGS), Australian Shepherd Type, Cone Degeneration, Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis 6 (NCL 6), Craniomandibular Osteopathy (CMO)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
