  • Why did you start breeding?

    I had pets of my own, so my sister and I decided to start breeding after a lot of research. It has been a good choice. I love it, even though it takes up a lot of your time.

  • What makes your program special?

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Pomeranian puppies include cream and black. Shih Tzu puppies include black and liver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Zena

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Zena was a true professional, attentive and the Wilson family felt right at home dealing with Gorgeous Paws. We took home our Lilly (formerly Lady, but our 4 year old INSISTED her name was Lilly!) as just a small little puppy who is growing into a beautiful well behaved side kick to our much older shih tzu. I couldn't imagine a smoother process and if I could ever convince my wife, we would definitely look to Gorgeous Paws as our first option for another puppy!
