Glacier Big Sky Aussies

Angela B.

Breeder of Australian Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Angela B., the breeder behind Glacier Big Sky Aussies located in Dousman, WI. I am a small animal veterinarian, and have picked two dogs who are excellent examples of their breed. We are focused on personality and confirmation. Mom has high scores in herding instinct testing, and they are our pampered pets as well. Our pups will only go to responsible owners, who are ready to meet the needs of this happy, high energy breed.

Q. & A. with Angela

  • Why did you start breeding?

I knew Oona was a special dog from the start. Beyond looks, she has a strong herding instinct, and mothered all of our other pets. Her genetics are strong. We adopted Bobby with the intent of starting a breeding kennel, but realized within a year, that our lives were too busy for all that sustaining a kennel entails.
  • What makes your program special?

Oona and Bobby are our cherished pets. We want nothing more than to see their pups go to families that will love and care for their needs as we do. I have the advantage of being a veterinarian as well, so the pets get an extra level of care that most breeders cannot provide. We are devoted to all of their health and well-being!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
