I'm Cheryl H., the breeder behind Glam Yorkies located in Becker, MN. I'm a small, in-home breeder of AKC traditional colored Yorkies. I breed for quality, champion lined with babydoll faces. I hand-raise all of my dogs with love in my home. I have high expectations for my puppies and make sure to place each one with an enriching and loving family complementary to their personality and ability!

Why did you start breeding?
I have always had animals in my life and just love them! I grew up with a Poodle and a Himalayan cat. Before breeding Yorkies, I bred a litter of Shelties. Due to personal issues in 2014, I stopped working full-time and have been home all day. I always wanted Yorkies and purchased my first two girls. Ever since then I have been breeding (small program) and it has become my passion!What makes your program special?
I breed for quality. My first goal is health. My dogs are selected with champion-lined backgrounds. I also look for the babydoll face (large eyes, small nose, apple-shaped head, small ears). Temperament is also very important to me. My puppies are happy and healthy (vet checked) and go to their new homes already well socialized.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
