I'm Kassidy C., the breeder behind Glamar Shelties located in Piketon, OH. Our goal is to ensure every dog from our program is set up to live a happy and healthy life and is prepared for its future role. We've built our program with care and intention in every step. We are passionate about the health and wellbeing of this breed, and it is our goal to provide each dog that comes from our program with a solid foundation of good health, neurological development, and loving care.

Getting a puppy from Kassidy
Kassidy has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

"-All pet puppies will be sold on strict spay/neuter agreements. -Show/Breeding puppies will ONLY be placed if they are determined to be a good representation of the breed. -Occasionally, we have retirement dogs that are available after they have been spayed/neutered. -Deposits are NON-refundable -All deposits will be deducted from final cost of dog."

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
von Willebrand Disease III (vWD III), Dermatomyositis, Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
