Q. & A. with Suzy
Why did you start breeding?
After losing our beloved Aussie who worked along side us on the ranch, we decided to learn more about the breed that had always intrigued us, Border Collies. We were lucky enough to be connected with an amazing breeder who would become our mentor and great friend. Our first Border Collie made us instantly fall in love with the breed and quickly showed us the level of intelligence they possess.
What makes your program special?
Continuing to keep up with educating myself on best practices, enrichments, and socialization is crucial to my program. I not only ensure the preparedness of my puppies but make sure their future families are also ready to provide the best home possible. We hope the families who find us feel the same joy with one of our pups! We provide a 2-3 month puppy development program 100% reward based games specifically for our breed.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and rough coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and white, blue merle, red merle, black, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Price
Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $1,500 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.
“The price includes full American Border Collies Association registration papers, a health guarantee, first shots, microchip, a healthy puppy, plus a puppy training program via a pro trainer on line. We like to stay in touch for the life of the dog and love PupDates. Non refundable with exceptions. Happy to provide information on our full policy. I do not want to keep funds unless attached to a puppy who is being held and at the last minute dropped. We invest a lot of time getting to know our buyers who become family members so if at the last minute a buyer informs us that they got a puppy already but forgot to tell me, no refund as I have to start all over looking for the perfect owner with little time to do so. We provide pups for veterans, family members who need a service dog, therapy dogs and Search and Rescue dogs at a sliding scale based upon need and financial ability. We have an evaluator who tests our pups at 7 weeks when we have a request to fill. Many of our pups start out as an agility or herding, some sport yet also end up certified in service work.”
