I'm Anne W., the breeder behind Golden Dachshunds located in Ocean Park, WA. We focus on overall health, genetics and intelligence when choosing our dams and sires to ensure they will make heathy intelligent companions for you. We are dedicated to providing families with puppies that will be healthy, well adjusted, socialized and loving companions.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Animals have always been a part of my life. I grew up on a farm where new births each spring were looked forward to! I nursed more than one baby back to health! My sisters started breeding cockers many years ago, and encouraged me. And then I met a dachshund and fell head over heels! Dachshunds are such good companions and have such unique personalities I wanted to share them with others.

  • What makes your program special?

    Making healthy, happy puppies is our primary goal. We start with health tested dams and sires, checking pedigree to ensure no past close relationships, providing quality nutrition, daily exercise, fresh air and veterinary care. We vaccinate all our dogs and follow veterinarian advice. We raise puppies in our home where they are part of the family! They are exposed to people and daily family life.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, red, chocolate and tan, black and cream, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Anne

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.
