I'm Brittani E., the breeder behind Golden Retrievers of South Carolina located in Duncan, SC. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others.

Why did you start breeding?
I come from a family of successful breeders. I purchased my goldens and I love their personalities, temperament, drive, focus, and trainability. They have titles in obedience, performance sports, scent work and tricks. My goal is to produce well rounded and healthy service dogs. Working as a trainer, many dogs are washed from service dog programs due to health and lack of stability.What makes your program special?
My dogs health, temperament, look, drive, and accomplishments make them unique. I put a ton of work into my dogs to see what they bring to the table. We only breed fully health tested goldens and strive to earn titles in their pedigree. We have 2 Service dogs in our program and a therapy dog.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Dalmatian puppies include white and liver brown and white and black. Golden Retriever puppies include dark golden, golden, and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Brittani
Brittani has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $2,700 - $3,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

All of our puppies are the same price, and come with first set of vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and pals number, training guide, puppy food, puppy blanket, and a surprise for their go home.”

About Maggie
Maggie is an exceptional addition to our family. She has a calm demeanor and a neutral work ethic. She makes for a great service dog and is currently a breeding prospect in our program until she graduates; she must pass all of her health testing. She is still in training and will start tasking shortly. Maggie has traveled a lot and is very neutral in distracting environments. Her obedience is phenomenal and she has her CGC titling tests soon. She will be starting sports soon now that we got her prelims on hips and elbows. She comes from a European line.

About Lady
Lady is a medical alert service dog. She Dock Dives, runs for CAT and FASTCAT, has acquired all three CGC titles. She has trick titles as well. Her best jump in distance is 21.9 feet. Lady is a lover and has heavy ball drive. Lady is completely off leash obedient, and has passed all of her health testing! Lady has her AKC Temperament Title and her Farm Dog Certification Title. Lady has her BCAT title, running as fast at 24.24 MPH.

About Perdita
Perdita is my gentle natured and loving spotted girl. She loves dogs, is great with cats and my children. She loves dock diving, FastCAT, and going out on training trips. She is well socialized and passed all of her health testing; earning her CHIC. We love her so much.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

Brittany is an amazing trainer and breeder. We picked up Breezy last Sunday when she was 12 weeks old. Not only is she well trained already, she is so calm and attentive to our 18 month old son. She is so patient with him and she is easy to correct if she needs to change her behavior. I know that is due to her training with Brittani. We are so grateful to Brittani and her team for Breezy and her training and we would and have recommend Golden Retriever of South Carolina to anyone!!!
