I'm Elaine B., the breeder behind Golden Rule Dog Training located in Evergreen, CO. My goal is to produce a great representation of the Doberman Pinscher and to continue improving the line with each generation. I breed for longevity and health above all, as well as structure, dentition, and conformation. I love working with dogs and seeing the positive effect that a well-behaved, furry companion can have on his or her family.
Q. & A. with Elaine
Why did you start breeding?
I regularly participate in conformation shows and started breeding to continue and improve upon my incredible line. Dobermans have proven to be wonderful companions in my life, and it is a privilege to share that love and friendship with others.
What makes your program special?
I truly love the Doberman Pinscher breed and am dedicated to looking out for the breed as a whole. I know the health and status of every dog I have bred and am proud of the temperament and conformation of my puppies. I am very conscious about who I rehome my puppies to and always ensure that each one goes to the best home possible complementary to its personality and ability. My dogs and puppies are my family, and they get the best care I can possibly provide.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
