I'm Kelly B., the breeder behind Golden Vista Dogs LLC located in Arlington, WA. We are very selective with the dogs that are chosen to breed. Golden Vista Dogs are partnered with other breeders to keep our gene pool diverse as well as our health testing. Using guardian homes for some of the dogs, to ensure that the dogs have all of the love and attention they need. We expose our puppies to different stimuli, including different people ages and looks, different sounds, rides in the car, kennel adaptation, slowly incrementally introducing puppies to being in a kennel until fully comfortable. We strive for well balance dogs.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My parents bred dogs, and I grew up knowing that breeding dogs would not only be a dream come true but, a fulfillment of a lifelong passion. We are completely dedicated to what we do. Our family and our dogs are one and the same, we pride ourselves in the responsibility and detailed care that we take with our furry family.

  • What makes your program special?

    We take breeding seriously. Genetic testing and diversity, socialization from birth, litter box and kennel trained by eight weeks. Exposure to different stimuli, sounds, touch, people, animals, car rides, toys that help with mental and physical training and above all lots of love. We breed for the absolute love of it. We are hands on every step of the way when you see how beautiful our dogs are and what amazing personalities you can’t resist.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Cavapoo puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Bernedoodle puppies include mini, medium, and standard sizes. Poodle puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Cavapoo puppies include chocolate, tri-color, blenheim, black and white, apricot, red, and black and tan. Bernedoodle puppies include chocolate merle, red, black and white, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Poodle puppies include apricot, gray, parti, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Kelly

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1B), Bernese Mountain Dog Type, DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
