I'm Whitney H., the breeder behind Grand Ridge Australian Shepherds located in Fort Wayne, IN. We breed AKC/ASCA Australian Shepherds. We are a small breeder and strive to produce happy, healthy, and well-socialized pups. Please Note! We do NOT sell to those who live in an apartment.
Q. & A. with Whitney
Why did you start breeding?
I bought my first female a few years ago. We weren't planning on breeding her, but because Aussies are like chips, you can't have just one. We soon got our male. The rest is history!
What makes your program special?
We raise pups that are show potential, calm, but ready to play. Health tested parents. A contract that not only protects us but the buyer as well. We take back any pup of ours, any age. You will never find one of our pups in a shelter!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Addie
Addie has a great personality! Very laid back in public! Loves everyone, does amazing with our toddler. She is an all around "bombproof" dog! She is on the submissive side, which makes her a sweet girl.
Remi is our keeper pup from Addie/Ollie July 2020 litter. She is currently being shown and working towards her CH title! Remi is our upcoming female who will have a few litters once her showing is finished. Her personality is what every one is looking for in an Aussie! She is a big cuddle bug, LOVES children, sweet, and goofy. She can be a bit reserved to strangers and other dogs, but once she is warmed to the you, she can be your best friend!
