We love the way Kristen communicated as well as her approach on breeding and training. Our little Yorkie couldn't be healthier or have a better temperament. He used the pads for potty immediately on his arrival at our house. He seems the perfect combination of bravery and Love-ability with very little barking or aggression. To sum it up, we couldn't be happier. J

Our decision to get a Yorkie puppy started with Kristen. She was the nicest person to deal with. She was always available to answer my questions. Once we decided we wanted a female yorkie Kristen let me know when a litter became available. During this time Kristen provided me with tons of information and suggestions on things we would need to help our Yorkie “Holly” make the transition easier from her home to ours, which was a great help. She also provided updates on Holly’s progress from the time she was born with pictures and videos until the time we picked her up. It was nice to finally meet Kristen in person. She went over all the paperwork and made additional suggestions and said I could call her anytime. We are so happy with Holly, she is beautiful, smart, funny and so lovable. She brings so much joy to me and my family. It was truly a wonderful experience.

Getting a puppy was a big decision for us, as always, and making sure we had a responsible breeder was very important. First we insured they were registered with AKC and then we checked out their references and Facebook. They say the most reputable breeders will be able to answer all our questions and they did. They sent pictures of the birth parents, they assured us of her healthy. She was up-to-date on veterinarian visits and the paperwork to back these up. We were also provide a health guarantee. Kristen held firm to the eight weeks full before allowing her to come home with us to ensue she was mature enough for travel. Kristen also gave us the feeling that they wanted to make sure their puppies were going to good homes, with people with love and know how to take care for a new pet. Kristen was very thoughtful and thorough in every aspect of the transition. I don't believe we have ever had such a nice experience in receiving a pet in the past 45 years.
