I'm Breanna G., the breeder behind Grove Grown Dachshunds located in Salina, KS. Grove Grown is dedicated to raising doxies with the best personalities, temperament, and health. We constantly educate ourselves on how to best care for them, what their specific needs are, and what makes them the most unique companions out there!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    After adopting the most perfect little guy, we became incredibly passionate about miniature dachshunds as a breed. As we continued to educate ourselves on what makes dachshunds so incredibly unique, we realized we wanted to share what we learned and help others find what we found in our doggos. It's an absolute honor to get to be a part of your journey to find the perfect addition to your family!

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are raised in a family environment, with frequent socialization with our dogs and family. We start ENS training with them at 3 days old, and they are handled (loved on) throughout the entire day. Our babies start potty training at 3 weeks old, using grass pads so that they get an early understanding of what textures are acceptable to potty on. Ask us more about our whelping process!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, brindle, gray (blue) and cream, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Breanna

Breanna has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Breanna partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

“New puppies are A LOT of work. We want to match you with a puppy that is the perfect fit for your family and lifestyle. We require a phone/video call to talk with you about what your day-to-day looks like. In that time, you'll get to meet the crew, and together we can determine which temperament matches best! ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Includes a health guarantee (vet-checked, first two sets of shots, dewormer, Embark on both parents), lifetime support, and an extensive puppy bag to help you get started with your new family member. All deposits are entirely refundable up until 7 days before the decided placement date.”
